Mandy Moise: Mandy spent her first 3 working years as a teacher in the Bronx, New York. While in the big city, Mandy met her husband and business partner, Tal Moise. Along their many adventures of traveling, Mandy discovered her passion in fashion design and in 2007 Mandy and Tal moved to Chicago and teamed up to create vfish (www.vfishdesigns.com), a women's clothing line. Her passion in product, design, and her own children inspired her to launch Milly & Max. Being a mom herself, she wanted to share her passion and product with other moms at an affordable price.

Jennifer Worman: Jennifer Worman: Jen spent her first 3 working years as a public auditor in San Francisco, California. Working the long hours and crunching numbers was not her passion, but fashion & shopping was! Jen joined the Janie and Jack merchandising team in 2002,the year it was founded, and found what she loved to do. There she learned all the details of the children's business and was vital partner in the success of the brand's product and image. Jen carefully selected all the products in each line and customers responded to the beautifully crafted heirloom products. Jen's passion for merchandising brought her to Tommy Hilfiger in New York for 3 years and then eventually to Chicago. At an in home jewelry party, Jen met Mandy and their launched their friendship and business.
