- We have a Computerised Database ensuring Customer safety and security. All of journeys are recorded onto a secure database ensuring that the job and driver details are retrieved instantly in case of lost property or any complaints or any information that is required.
- All our drivers are smartly dressed, adhering to a strict dress code, with a smart shirt and tie 24hrs a day. All our drivers are thoroughly vetted and undergo a Criminal Bureaus clearance check before they can work for Herald Mini Cab. All of our drivers are registered with the Public Carriage Office.
- We maintain all of our vehicles to a very high standard. Each vehicle must pass a rigorous Mot test at least twice a year rather than one which is the the current standard for most vehicles in the United Kingdom. As well as this all of our vehicles are inspected annually by the Public Carriage Office Vehicle Testing centres. All our vehicles are checked for condition and cleanliness weekly. We have Saloons, Estate cars and Multi seaters for your convenience.
- We now have a registered complaints and lost property procedure which is overviewed weekly by management. All our customers concerns are fully investigated and resolved. We have a separate line for all Customer concerns.
