| HOW TO REGISTER |
| Registration is online and should be completed by using the Registeration Form (on the left Panel of this page) |
| PAYMENT |
Shortly after registering, an invoice will be emailed to the email address you provide during the registration process |
Payment should be made as soon as possible. You will not be able to use online Scheduler to make appointments until payment has been received |
